Week of May 13th

This week students will be reading literature from the MyPerspectives Pearson textbook. We will be focusing on international literature and discussing the literature through that lens. We will be discussing the different experiences of young people across the globe and then answering a series of short answer questions to practice comprehension and citing textual support.

The week will begin with a short presentation on an Eastern-African nation. We will spend the remainder of the week reading a story of a teenager's school experience in Kenya. On Friday, students will be given the review packet for the final exam. The final exam will be given on May 30th.

Students will have bellringer packets due on Friday.
