Week of May 6th

All PSSAs for the 2018-2019 school year and now behind us and we are all looking forward to a strong finish to the end of the school year. While the weather warms up, we are still moving full-steam ahead in English class. We are currently working on our largest writing assignment of the marking period: the narrative essay.

The essays will be due Friday, May 17th and students will have all this week to type. Any student needing additional typing time after Friday should see me for a pass to go to the library during their Academic Prep period. Essays will be typed using Google Docs and students can access and continue writing from any device with Internet access.

English 7
Students will spend the week typing their narrative essays.

All students should consult their narrative essay rubric and their narrative essays notes as they work. Dialogue and sensory details are required in the essay.
