English 7
Students will review the three types of verbs this week, take notes on them, and practice them. In the second half of the week, we will begin reading a short series titled The Run.
English 8
Students will review parts of speech using Elie Weisel's Nobel Peace prize acceptance speech. Students will be assigned a page and work in groups to identify nouns, verbs, and pronouns in this speech. It will be reviewed as a class.
