This week students will work on vocabulary units to prepare them for their research paper, which will be the writing assignment for the second marking period. In both grades, students will get definitions for vocabulary words on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday students will complete a review worksheet in class. On Friday, students will take their vocabulary quiz worth 20 points.
English 7
Students will complete their Week 5 language bellringer this week. It will be due on Friday and will be worth 20 points.
This week students will work on vocabulary from Unit 5. This is in preparation for our second marking period writing assignment, the research paper. The vocabulary can be found on page 445 of the textbook.
