This week students 7th grade students will finish their research reports. Students in 8th grade will review grammar rules. All students will complete the Week 6 Paragraph bellringer, which will be worth 20 points and be due on Thursday.
English 7
Students will continue typing their research reports following the schedule below:
Monday- type body paragraph
Tuesday- finish body paragraphs
Wednesday- type conclusion paragraph
Thursday- complete works cited via EasyBib.com
Friday- Essays DUE
Students will also have their Week 6 Paragraph bellringer due on Thursday.
English 8
Students will finish all work with the Nellie Bly writing assignment and present their writing to the class on a volunteer basis. We will then move in to reviewing parts of speech for the end of the week with focus on prepositions on Wednesday and Thursday. Students will complete a parts of speech activity and share-out on Thursday and Friday.
Students will also have their Week 6 Paragraph bellringer due on Thursday.
